We do not hold any credit card information details at all. This is handled entirely by Streamline, one of the biggest providers in the UK, for your peace of mind and absolute safety. In addition, Sage Pay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer’s details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
As part of our customer service to you when shopping at Sanctuary Antiques, we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If there are occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in an ‘as new’ or ‘same’ condition and complete with all packaging and components. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (ie Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘same’ condition, we reserve the right to return the product to you. Certain items of jewellery are excluded from this returns policy, including special order items and earrings. These items cannot be returned for a refund. If found to be faulty, they will be replaced for a similiar item.
